Loggerhead sea turtle eggs laid on the coast of Arma

Amaie Energia e Servizi expresses great satisfaction for an important event that took place at the equipped public beach “La Fortezza” in Arma di Taggia. For the second consecutive year, a loggerhead sea turtle (Caretta caretta) chose the Arma coastline to lay its eggs.

Environmental quality and protection of marine biodiversity

This return is not only an exciting moment, but also a tangible sign of the environmental quality of the coastline and the growing commitment to the protection of marine biodiversity. The company, responsible for managing the cycle and pedestrian path of the Ponente Coastal Park, as well as public and private maintenance along the route and tourist services, views this event as spontaneous recognition of its ongoing work to protect and enhance the territory.

Amaie Energia e Servizi on coastline health and sustainability

“It is a moment of great emotion and responsibility. The choice of a loggerhead sea turtle to return and nest on our beaches for the second year in a row is a clear indicator of the health of our coastline,” states Amaie Energia e Servizi. The event brings with it the magic of summer and strengthens the company’s commitment to environmental protection, sustainable land management and the enhancement of natural heritage.

Collaboration for environmental protection and future generations

Amaie Energia thanks the relevant authorities, volunteers and all citizens involved in monitoring and protecting the nest, demonstrating how collaboration between the public sector, private entities and the local community can generate concrete results for the benefit of the environment and future generations.
